I shoot up with Ozempic once a week as ordered by my diabetes specialist. He told me it might also cause weight loss because I would loose my appetite. Well I hate to tell all these lazy fat slobs who make no effort to keep their weight in check. It did not deter my appetite one bit. The only time my weight went down was when I was in the hospital and my heart went into full arrest, (I do not recommend that as a way to trim down) or I made a conscious decision to choose better foods for me on a regular basis. Not all week long except Saturdays where you gorge yourself with chips, pop and bakery delights.

So as I step down from my step stool, this is a funny post.

So I had to break it off with my girl Lorainne, she found out I was spending time with Claire Lee.

But its ok

I can see Claire Lee now Lorainne has gone.
