Hello all. I was looking for a solution to fit a different rear caliper to my 5th gen VFR. One of the other members (Eyhonda) was producing these a while back but unfortantely taking a break from machining. I've come up with one myself and happy to share it - no charge, unless you want to buy me a beer. This is for the Brembo R34 caliper, I lifted mine of an 09 Ducati monster 1100 but it's pretty common on a range of bikes. Link below. Its a 2d design so you need to get it water jet cut in 10mm aluminium (cost me £25 locally), tap m8 threads in the holes and then use 5.25mm of spacers to get the caliper aligned. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7000905/files
