Well... I can give you the lame answer... whatever bike I'm on at the moment.

But the real answer? I really don't have a "favorite". Sometimes I think, "Wow. This is the one." And then I ride another one of mine.

But this bike is real close. It just works so well, and looks amazing. Front end down, ass end up.

But the RC26. And then the RC36-II. Wait, the RC36-I. But then is it possible to have that much fun on a NS50F? Yep.

I have people that ask me the same question. I then ask, "How many kids do you have?". Sometimes they get it immediately and just smile. When they answer "2" or "3", I ask, "Which one is you favorite?"

Then they smile. Just like I was last night on {insert Captain 80s bike here}.

kinda like the large girls and mopeds, they are fun to ride but you don't want your friends to see you on one!

I have no idea how that 1000R would elicit a response like that.

I think you're talking about your Gold Wing.

Back to the seat recovering topic.

I've been looking at how my seats have had their covers attached. All stapled...some with a strip of material and some without.

This one from my '86 VF500F shows what Capt 80's was talking about with the extra stapling. It also looks like the installer used a strip of black material on top. To me it looks like the same material the seat cover is made of....only Black instead of Red. Seat fits and looks really well on the bike!

I like that cart, but I'm not getting "Snap-On" vibes from it. Are there markings / stampings?

No manufacturer markings at all. I thought I saw one just like in in a classified that indicated it was a Snap On. But upon further research, I got this comment from AI....

Needs a good wash and some new drawer liners - but I think for $80 I got a good deal! And I don't mind at all the Summit Racing & other stickers! Soon to be joined by the Michelin Man and HRC! :D

Did someone say HRC stickers? :) I took Big Red out after reworking my head bearings again. OOOOOH yeah!! I decided to stop riding like a wuss and really go full throttle. She did not disappoint for how old she is. Still not quite my kind of ride, but that was the most fun I have had riding that bike.

"She was a fast machine.....she kept her motor clean!"

    What a gorgeous bike, Rogue!

I think she's badged just about right.

Just needs a Michelin Man and you'll be set!

And Penske....they did pretty good at the Rolex 24 this year! :)
