    Wow.

    Ugly, ill fitting, expensive.

Turd trifecta. Usually you suffer with 2 just to get 1.

Like the good-fast-cheap triangle... pick any two.

Project 41 looks fantastic, Joe! The blue seat is not something you usually see on the White bikes, but it does look different in a very cool way!

The white 86 FII came with a blue seat, solo cowl pad, inner panels and dash surround from the factory.

OK thanks - shows what I know! I thought it came with a Gray seat. Maybe that was for the '87's (?)

    SEATS:
    Purple: '86 r/w/b bikes
Marina Blue: '86 Pearl Crescent White bikes
Black: '87 Pearl Crescent White bikes
    Gray: '87 Blue/Silver bikes
The parts fiche used to call the '86 r/w/b seat "purple" but now list it as "Luster Blue" (?)

    Thanks for the clarification, Joe!

This is what came with my '86 RWB VFR750.......so am guessing it's the correct "purple" ("Luster Blue") for this bike (?)

I think it may have been recovered at some point. What do you guys think on the color? Too "blue" to be "purple"?
