Wanted Looking for 86' VFR750 Original Exhaust

86-87' Anyone selling original exhaust?

 

Everything? Or just the Mufflers?

 

I have a small selection. What condition are you hoping for?

How do you know? His location is not listed. He could be in IL or WA.

And if they are carefully / properly packed, the two mufflers could nest each other in opposite directions and make a reasonable package size. I have actually been shocked how cheap some stuff has been thru USPS lately. Shipped a Hawk GT rear wheel from Seattle t0 Portland last week for just 19$.

Nothing to be sorry about. I normally think the same thing! Shipping has been just stupid for a while now. The other thing I've noticed tho, is that it really seems to be dynamic pricing lately. I've seen the same quote jump around a lot. Some of my eBay listings have been very strange on shipping.

Yeah but... it's been WAY cheaper somehow, for me at least. And I'm not saying that's what IS happening, but there has been some weirdness.

I just bought a 86' that doesn't have original exhaust- its a single now. I just want to get it as original as possible.

 

Does it have the original headers and then a 4 into 1? Most 86 aftermarket exhaust is like that. The "mufflers" go all the way forward to under the driver footpegs to where the stock headers terminate into 4 individual pipes. Stock headers are stainless and can cleaned up with pretty positive results too.
