Oof! Those are beautiful! I am clear on the associated "Operation " from the powder coating. I had the same fondness for shooting Imron back in the bicycle shop days. It sure was beautiful product compared to the Sunfire Competition from the day. Kind hard on the life cycle of humans though! OMG! Ya think thats whats wrong with me?.

 

This is my friend, Peter. The one on the Guatemalan cycle tour. One of many pics he's been posting on FB. He's the best human being I have ever known. And will ever know, as long as I live! Just a really really good person......

 

He reminds me of my friend Dwayne. Forever young and free.

Dammed man. Thanks to some idiot, you could have been injured seriously or worse. Your bike was a goner, but how did you fare. And most importantly, is it reported on the "Your dropped your bike how many times " thread

 

Random project nearly completed. Suede seat for the RVF today.

 

Presume you wear full leathers when riding. That would be a bit of a pain riding wearing denim. Awful wearing corduroy. I doubt you can even get that today. Regardless, nice work. I have recovered our kitchen chairs several times now over the years but I would not claim that those are any type of great upholstery. I had custom seats with gel inserts done a few years ago and just love them. But that was expensive. It cost about $800.00 CDN four years ago. That is about $1.95 USD.

 

I usually wear nylon Dainese armored pants, with jeans or shorts underneath. The original seat for this kit was basically cardboard with a slick surface, so at this point anything will do better and softer on the bumps. lol I was bummed though, I should have put some kind of cool patch at the far back.

 

That is nice Rouge, I need to do something nice for the Babyblade seat?
Those seats are really funny! I want something much better!!

Sometimes with aftermarket gear they don’t check every fit entirely. I had some Stomp Grip left over so I made a kickstand bumper since the stand was tapping the exhaust.

 

Had the same issue. Steel zip tie with high temp silicone tube

 

that kickstand looks like plastic? I know that its not 'cause I can see welding slag on it. Is it powder coat?
