Quick story. A number of years ago, I visted a friend of mine who has a Porsche shop in Longwood. Had this playing in the background while he wrenched:

Myself? I love movie soundtracks for background music. Most of the Clint Eastwood movies are exceptional and also any by John Williams (Jurassic Park) - and there are many more.

But I mostly listen to classic rock. Rush, Doobies, Steeley Dan, Santana, The Who, Led Zeppelin, Eagles, Allman Brothers, MTB, Boston, Blue Oyster Cult, AC-DC, CSN&Y, Jeff Beck, Beach Boys (Pet Sounds, Holland, and Surfs Up are exceptional), Joe Walsh, Journey, Foo Fighters, The Smiths, Human League, Spandau Ballet, Foreigner, Whitesnake, Pretenders, and many many more.

    What's on your playlist? :)

Well, I've got a Warren Zevon playlist on now. So I guess that.

Not a Honda (obviously). Working today with my buddy on this HF Predator swapped mini bike we've been tinkering on for a few years. Finally got it running sweet for the first time today. I hate this thing. However, we both thought it would be hilarious and fun for him to enter the indoor motorcycle at the Milwaukee Bucks Arena (FlatOut Friday) in February. He's 6'6", so he looks hysterical on it. He signed up before he even got his motorcycle license--he just passed the MSF in July. We initially tried it with the stock 80T sprocket made for a 2.5hp engine. Ours probably makes 7-8hp. I flipped it in my driveway the first time I got on it within 10 seconds and I swear I broke or bruised a rib in my back. Happy birthday me last year lol.

We put a 65T sprocket on the rear and used a 60mm skateboard wheel as a new chain tensioner. Rode it today for the first time since January last year, and it doesn't want to kill you nearly as much anymore. It still wants to lift the front, but it doesn't just lift it if you breath on the throttle.

Kinda cool, I didn't realize he managed to register it under #109 which is my race number. Well, one of the things we needed to do was make number plates today. I pulled one of my old racing vinyl plates off the fridge, cut a piece of plastic, and stuck and cut it to fit. Kinda badass that now me and my buddy will both get to share this number in racing events! Only difference being his will be far more prestigious and in front of 10,000 people.

I hate this thing because it tried to kill me, and I want it out of my house, lol. 2 more months.

I use MP3 files loaded onto flash drives for my portable speaker devices. Keep a huge MP3 library on my hard drive, so can make up any compilation(s) I want.

One of my portable speakers also takes a mini-SD card, so for that one that's where the playlist goes.

These portable speakers are all cordless re-chargeables.

I also have some Pyle brand (Amazon) stereos set up with outdoor mounted speakers on the house and garage. They also take flash drives, so it makes things easy.

Almost anything 1950s to mid 1990s. VH, always. Carpenters. The Balancing Act. The Beautiful South. Those are the favs. I need some Toto. This is what gets played on mix in the garage, the car, and my laptop. Maybe some will jog your memories:

Pink Floyd, Moody Blues, and ELP.

    Supertramp and Joe Cocker.

I am a huge John Williams fan. Indiana Jones, Star Wars, etc. Currently my playlist is either 80's pop or Cali Roots. I used to play a lot of soundtracks, but lately it has been reggae. I did find a Tiki Lounge set last winter, but have yet to go back to it.
Today however was football. Chargers, Rams winning was a nice treat.

I have a large collection of music, much like the list above, but I see I'm missing some, lol... out in my shop I have a Yamaha home theater receiver with two 12" subwoofers and some nice Paradigm speakers. 5 disc CD player which has a USB thumb drive input, one USB stick has over 1000 MP3's. Also have a 42" TV hooked in, and find it entertaining to play a movie in the background.... watched Toy Story the other day, another good one is Guardians of the Galaxy.

I find the same thing with having a movie playing in the background. I also have a 42 inch tv on the wall. I use a Rock Ola Juke Box with a Ipod attachment I wired in for my music...

    Bazza,

    Vangelis
    Hans Zimmer
    Lorne Balfe
and several more. Williams was my favorite, but I really like Zimmer. Balfe did a good job with Mission Impossible.

Here you guys on the TV. Wife found a 52" for $40. Hung that on the wall with a fire stick, so I get all the movies and sports. Also hooked up my old PC when I need to perform online moto searches for parts. Just need a sound system for it. I really would like something large and OG, but I know nothing about audio.
