I am currently "revitalizing" my '90 VFR and am searching for a full exhaust system or a high mount slip on.
I want to change seats as well.

    thanks!

Good question... I have no idea the cost range for a slip on or full system for this bike.

Well, not much available new. In the upper price range, check out Tyga Performance. My work firewall apparently won't let me go there anymore to provide a link. Their stuff is beautiful. I bought just a muffler to upgrade the 4-1 on the RC26.

There are some used slip-ons on ebay. You could change the connecting pipe to create a high mount.

On my 92, I created a slip on adapter out of smashed original muffler and a used D&D connecting pipe, and then used a Sudco muffler that came off the RC26. Sounded great.

And for the next iteration, I restored some 94-97 headers (that don't incorporate a collector box) and adapted the same muffler with an aftermarket connecting pipe that happen to be included with the used headers.

Sounds even better, without being obnoxious in the least. I did have to create some brackets for the lower metal cowl pieces that normally attach to the collector box on the stock exhaust.
