    Maybe a little too much hyperbole there bmart. A properly working 500 Interceptor ridden on the street is not gonna wear down EBC pads, even the Kevlar, in 500 miles.

    I meant the no-name would wear out fast again, not the EBC. Just giving an alternative to EBC.

    Ahhhh... got it! I might look for the Vesrah on my next application and give them a whirl. And the Honda pads for the 500 actually appear to be reasonably priced.

    On my 1988 VFR750 rear pads worn out un even and rotor gets hot. The caliper holder/bracket AND the caliper pins was worn out. Chance to used new bracket and new pins - working fine now

    Yeah I just replaced all the old pins, sleeves, and boots for brand new ones. Red greased them up nice and installed new rotors and EBC HH pads.

    I found a corroded sleeve and bolts in the rear caliper from the previous owner lol
    This should resolve the drag I had in the rear caliper.

    Will test ride soon to see.
