Yeah for sure it looks real nice. Just have to be Immaculate for $7500

Is it just me, or does the tank look yellowed and the plastics look fresh white. Isn't it usually the other way around?

That is NOT a $7500 VFR. Please.

What in the fuck are these for?

    93_1-1.jpg

Maybe it needed them after it was dropped on the right and repainted? The lowers are aftermarket too, they are one piece. So yeah, re-spray.

    93_2-1.jpg

What is up with the worst seat cowl fitment? Killer edging, looks factory. eBay seat cowl by the way, no bump pad. (Out of Portugal?)

    93_2-2.jpg

What is the cyclops bolt for? Because it's non original one piece tail. Turn signal screws are recessed on an original piece. Inspection hole for rear brake fluid missing too, so yeah.

    93_3-1.jpg

Missing the inner covers and that right side is cracked and missing a chunk. Probably from when it was dropped on the right.

    93_5-1.jpg

No bolts under the right front signal in this earlier photo. And still has the original lowers.

    93_6.jpg

And appears to still have the original tail at this time too...

    93_7.jpg

So, a crashed VFR, rebuilt with aftermarket fairings, repainted. TOP DOLLAR.

Nice of them to provide before and after pictures tho.

I love watching Poirot at work. I noticed the seat cowl, but was too lazy to point it out. lol

I think the ghetto lighting is the yellowish glow.

Well....even with the warts Capt pointed out......I like the idea he's not giving it away. I'd like the market value for our bikes to stay UP - and hopefully even go HIGHER over time.

Asking price and selling price (market value) are two different things. He could ask $14,000, that doesn't affect what VFRs are worth. Additionally, that wasn't a $7500 bike before the killer rebuild.

I also like the idea he's "high", both while building it and while selling it.

Yes, Typically being bid on by people with more money than average that want a particular thing or memory from their youth / past.
