I'll post pics from the show that I got here and then if anyone else has some, we can collect them for those who can't go...

Here's a pic of the new GS from BMW

Here's one of the red bull racebike. (note I used my cell phone for these so they are kind of blurry at times)

Here's a couple of the Duc 848. I have to tell you, I think they will make a killing on this bike. It has the looks of the 1098 and will prob be a few $$ cheaper. It's even tempting to me. This thing would be a sweet track bike.

Does anyone ever think that ducati is listening to VFRworld instead of Honda? These last couple years, I have wondered...

Here's some custom that I snapped a pic of. There were a few there but not as many as you might think...

    Here a couple old Norton's...

    Another Norton...

    Some more classics...

Here's one of the old land speed record holders... I believe he had this thing over 100 mph way back when...

Here's that really expensive Harley that has the record (I think)

    More to come...

Here's a custom from Jesse Rooke that looks pretty neat...

Here's an action shot from the BOSS show that the cell did a pretty decent job with. (I had to use some creative timing to get the shot)

Here's a sweet 98 VFR that was at the show. The owner is a really cool guy and let me ride it home...

That's what I was sayin in the other post about being disappointed. There were a few there, but my wife might have been a little suspicious if I started snapping pics of chics while she was standing next to me. ;)

Great pics Reg, and good call on the pics of women with the wife nearby!!! They get a little funny about that stuff. You are right on about Ducati. They seem to be building some great and "affordable" bikes lately. That 848 is going to put a lot of people in the market for a supersport or GSXR 750 over the edge.... If that bike is $12-13000 its going to really change the market. I was looking at a new CBR 600 today, it was the graffiti paint scheme and just under $10000!!!

I looked at it for all of about 2 seconds. I can't explain it, but it didn't grab my attention at all. I moved right past it. In fact, nothing in the honda area caught my attention. It was just boring. The BMW area and Ducati areas were crawling with people.

Here's a couple more pics that Terri got on her cell...

And finally me on the harley street bob (i think that's what they called it). It was released last year I think. It's a dyna but done up to look more like a bobber. I really like it. the matte finish is attractive IMO. I might actually buy one of these. Probably not, but I might. It's still over $15k and that's a lot for me.

Thanks for the pics Reg, the first thing I notice on the 848 is the wet clutch, it should be more durable for street use, those Ducati are sure getting tempting these days :eyebrows:

P.S. Your looking right at home on the Harley with the beard
