Hi fellas, I finally got some paint & decals on the Skoal Bandit gsxr750. It was a busy week in the paint booth, still a long way to go though.

First day was 12 hours laying down 3 colours (white and 2 green), followed by 2 coats of clear
Few days later once it all cured fully, I wet sanded all the panels with 600 wet and applied all the decals
Then back to the paint booth for 2 more coats of clear

overall I could not be more pleased with the results

Gorgeous, Stray....wowza!!! Gives hope to some of us doing restorations......

Shiiiit, I was the kid wearing racing t-shirts with Camel and Marlboro all over them. I am pretty sure I didn't cause anyone to smoke. Even tried it, but didn't like the flavor. My mom took us (age 12) to Seca and my best friend and I snagged Marlboro signs off the chain link (non of us smoked). Can't help it if others feel addicted, maybe they should have picked a different crutch. It is also the reason I bought two "smoking" jackets like Stray. Got me a beautiful Rothmans and Marlboro that I hope Max Biaggi will sign this summer. Yeww!

 

Should stick to something more appropriate and healthy for young people...

On a side note, did you ever notice that we have to be careful about anything we say or do physically, but you turn on Netflix (or any streaming choice) and the worlds worst humans are doing the worst things ever imagined and everyone is like "yeah, I don't know why little Timmy, cut off that dudes hand over a video game".
Same idea as the tobacco, except nobody cares. If you don't give a shit about available content, don't give me shit about tobacco adverts.

My buddy brought me back a tin of skoal bandit chewing tobacco from the USA last week (he is a bike collector and knows im building this bike). in my last video on Youtube I tried some.....OMG, I almost puked. Vile, Vile stuff
