    All white?

I'd want to see additional photos. Wonder how old that pic is, for example?

Hydraulics and fuel systems will have to be overhauled......

Other than that it looks pretty complete and pretty clean!

VF750, east coast.jpg I didn't think all white was an option, rattle can?
You don't like that seat tie down Six?
I see he is using the newer end bar canyon dancers. I will get to use mine next week for the first time. :)

Weird dichotomy. Canyon Dancer up front and fucking ratchet strapped over the seat in back. Goddamn, spring for a couple Soft Hooks.

I'm done strapping shit down if I don't have to. I hate it. I'm always worried the thing is going to go flying.

A little teaser on the very first Pitbull TRS pins manufactured for the VF500F. I'll make a thread later, but I'm quite excited. It took one revision to get a tight fit with Pitbull, but now we're good. Got the updated pin in last night.

Some pics how I strapped mine down........a bit challenging to find the right strap attachment points. I left the kickstand down and everything worked out on the trip from the sellers house in Daytona.

I wish I had some really short tie-downs/ratchet straps. It would also help to have some tie-down rings on my trailer.

Ratcheting straps suck. WAY too much pressure because they lead people to believe that they can keep applying MORE.

Your job scares me! lol Triple tree if you can. If you can't soft ties on bars. They're plenty strong for any pressure you'll apply. Many places for soft ties on the back. Just use the suspension on each end to get them tight. No need for tighter than that.

My cheat is soft ties up around the lower triple on each side if possible. Still compresses the suspension, but often misses body work and because it's lower, is a better angle for stability.

Soft ties off of (sturdy) foot peg brackets or exposed sub frame if possible. All 4 going down and forward if possible if your front wheel has a good stop / landing.

Strapping both directions is fighting each other for a secure load and tends to over stress everything to make it solid.

Hate ratchet straps, but they can be used properly.

I have transported A LOT of bikes, both personally and for the dealership. Everytime I load and strap a bike in front of someone new they say, "OH, you've done this a few times I see."

Whatever works and gets it home safe and undamaged is cool.

I will always try and avoid tying it down on the side stand. Too much stress going down the road.

And like my friend who is a shipwright and sailor says... "If you can't tie a knot, tie a lot.

3 rail Yacht Club trailer for the win. Best motorcycle trailer made. You can transport 3 full size bikes safely and securely.

    Yacht.jpg

Short enough it doesn't jump curbs pulling into places, long enough to back up forever.

I have a two rail "standup" Kendon. I got it for $150 with the additional purchase of an Aprilia Mille. Smokin deal for both.

This WAS my version of tie down, but I am going back to the non-ratcheting straps and brand new bar end cap style Canyon Dancers. The straps came with the trailer so I thought, "cool, I will use these". Fuck me the bike was nearly laying down on the trailer because the ratchet gave up for some reason. the front wheel kept the bike from getting damaged since the tool box portion kept it from going all the way down.

When we raced we never had a problem using strap extension on the lower triple and Ancra pull tie downs. Also not seen here is a loop through the front wheel and trailer front wheel catch. So I use 4-5 straps per bike, pulling forward and down with all kickstands up. I watched my bike bounce up and down while driving and thought, "glad I put that kickstand up". lol

Always check your trailer tire pressures and age. I also did not realize these tires were 20+yrs old. That was a lucky day! Just put new ones on last weekend. :)
