I would buy that just for the engine. All the other stuff would be bonus spares.

But I'm glad its slightly farther than I feel like going for something I really don't need. If it was outside of Seattle I would be hooking up the trailer.

I will keep an eye on this one. If it's still kicking around in a couple weeks, maybe I'll see if the wife wants to do a Portland weekend. We do have a few friends there.

Or maybe I'll see if any of my Portland peeps are coming up soon.

Like a Title? It's not fun in Washington dealing with no title. The Vermont registration work around is no more either.

sixdogs high-horsepower fleet needs a 30 hp babyceptor, so ez And fun to ride, surprizingly good-handling. in the 250 class, compared to the ninjas ive ridden the honda haS alot more pull and feels more solid on the road and in turns. actually, the vtr feels fast within a narrow speed range at about 35 to 50 mph and will do the ton. engine mods are available to boost power with honda japan parts or a 300cc kit.

few years ago i bought the '90 vtr id been looking for here

and put about 200 miles on when -at 85 mph /max throttle-it lost power on an innercity freeway and stated knocking. glided to the next exit and called my buddy with the pickup. spun a rod bearing due to oil dilution from an unknown carb gas leak, sad story. bought a vtr from PA to get a replacement engine to get the '90 back on the road again.

I have one. You know that. The mods are all done, including some retro-fitted bodywork and parts from pretty much every other era-correct Interceptor. It's stripped back down waiting for me to get off my ass and prep and paint the frame and all the chassis hardware.

I absolutely loved my '90 and would own another if I had the room. It was sublime to ride. For my weight, the rear shock was more than adequate and the front got springs and nothing more. Knees down all day. Woot!
