Hey guys, hope everyone is doing well. Passed my motorcycle test a couple of weeks ago, and bought my first bike, a Honda VFR 800 VTEC. I've always loved bikes but also being a car guy, and as with most of us having an insatiable need for speed when younger, I left it late until going for my test. Losing my dad this year put life into perspective, and thought if I don't do it now maybe I never will. Bought my VFR from a guy on the VFR Owners Club UK, and I love it. Although already I've experienced the usual reg/rec issues (see separate post!). Regardless I love it, and look forward to many years of riding pleasure, even if I buy something else to keep it company.
Welcome Simon, and top-marks for starting with a photo. That is my favourite colour scheme for the 6th gen VFR, looks like a beautifully-kept machine.
