Bike for Sale 2007 Honda VFR800 25th Anniversary with factory luggage - MN

New Michelin Pilot Power 2CT tires, DID 530 ZVMX Gold chain, 15 and 43 tooth sprockets with only a few hundred miles on them. Bike has 29,500 miles on it. I've owned it for over ten years and it has always been stored inside, never been crashed, runs like a top. I just gave up riding much these past few years. Comes with factory hard cases, top case as well as side cases. Has a nice Corbin leather seat and removable passenger seat cover. Bike is stored at my storage unit in Golden Valley suburb of Minneapolis. Currently I am at my cabin up north. But the bike can be seen by appointment. No trades. Asking $5500 firm

Yes, its still for sale. Its in heated storage in Minneapolis. I am in California until May.

 

No worries, I’m located in KS so it would be a bit of a trek up there. That said, I haven’t found many VFRs I like in Ks so I’ve been searching across state lines.

I am interested in this bike, when you get back it’s likely I’ll want to purchase it off of you unless I happen upon one I like closer to my location before then.

How does the sprocket change affect the gear feeling in your opinion?

 

I'll take a video or two when I get it out of storage. Dropping one tooth in front just gives it a very small but welcome bump in acceleration. I'll likely use the funds from it sale to purchase an electric dirt bike and a new mountain bike.

 

@QuincyS - I live in Wichita, KS, and I just put my pearl yellow 2000 VFR800Fi up for sale -- if you are looking for a nice VFR. Those 5th Gen VFRs with the gear-driven camshafts sound superb, just say'n!!
