    Will do...pickup is tomorrow AM @ 0900.
It's NOT perfect, but that is reflected in pricing. Looking forward to having something DIFFERENT than a Hawk & Superhawk.

That's why I was so excited to build the Hawk I wanted. I love my VFRs, but was looking forward to having something differently cool.

Last year I finally bought the 95 VFR I always wanted. One of the few bikes I actually sought out and didn't fall in my lap. Fuckin' love em.

Cap...I've seen the VFR in your posts. I'm jelly (to quote my kids)...but I bought what I could afford this morning.
Pics up soon...too busy riding it today.

Hmm. Just turned 50 and got a VFR. I didn't really think of myself as old so this was a kick in the ego that I probably could have done without.
Here she is outside my place and with my boy, doing what boys do...

You think that 50 is old?

You think that VFRs are for old people?

    Shame...shame! lol

ive been lucky to get to eighty but havent ridden my eighty-6 seven hundred since just once last summer.

instead, ive graduated downward to one of my VTR two-fifty interceptors, much better suited to my short trips around town. thirty hp is fine with me.

They are superb bikes. I've owned three of them. You're lucky!

    ^^ lovely pair

youre one of the few around who have ridden one. the thing is: the bike is NOT SLOW and loves curves.

after riding this for a long time, my vfr feels like sitting on an elephant.

Thanks. Learned to ride on a ‘74 RD60 and finally had my own machine in ‘81. Always bought used motorcycles for the first 20+ years before buying a new 0 mile machine. Discovered the magic of the leftover new bike and went to town during the last recession/depression and still have the ‘07 Vfr bought in 2009 and the ‘08 Bking bought new in 2011. The NT is a 2011 bought new in 2018, always wanted one after seeing them in the UK.

The tiny VTR was perfectly capable for any kind of riding. I used mine at track days, weekend trips, commuting, etc, all with jut a fork spring change. That era was a peak for motorccyling and motorcyclists. people actually rode then...

It was the tool of choice when my buddy had to sell his litre bike. It completely taught him about cornerspeed, momentum, and body englich, and broke him of relying on HP.

I'm 76 and bought my first VFR last year (2014 w/13,000 km). I've put 10,000 km since and really enjoy it. I've added accessories and made changes that have made it very comfortable for me.
