My sarcasm detector bleeped a little, but its was inconclusive.

More discs, more noise (and flow of course). Typically the sweet spot for good flow / "acceptable" noise is around 7 - 9 discs*.

    * with the solid end cap installed. If running an open style end cap, the discs are useless.

The best Tyga system for making power and maintaining the decibel levels, is the shotgun cans, hands down. The shotgun will also produce the best power numbers on a dyno. Ask Paul and Matt at Tyga, they will tell you.

Opposite of that. Less is less and more is more. The more disc's you install allows more flow and thus noise.

I was aiming for the shot gun, but this full system was purchased on the side at 2/3rds cost and no shipping. I really like the shotgun, but with the direction I am going the Magot is going to be the first attempt.

Oh yeah. Any Pics of your 35?

So what you guys are really saying is that I need more plates to make it quieter? ;)

I have some pics, but I didn't want to be a douchecanoe and just bomb them into your thread. If you want me to, I will post them here.

Hell if I care where any of my threads go (I may regret that comment later). I am not as particular as younger web users. I use these forums for answers to stupid questions, meet fellow bike enthusiasts, and see photos of other awesome bikes n stuff. You are more than welcome, especially since there are not very many of these running around the States. Bombs away!

Hells yeah! The shotgun looks amazing. Kinda 2stroky. Very nice 35 dude! Are the wheels original or off of something else?

They are PVM race wheels from Tyga, but I don't think they have them in stock anymore.

I have a nice set of the stock wheels, that have been redone, if you're looking for any wheels. I'll never use them and I was thinking the other day that they needed to get sold. I just never get around to posting them up. I have replaced basically every part and I have saved most of all the original stuff, so if you get desperate for something, hit me up.

Will do. I destroyed my budget and I also have a fair amount of stuff to filter and sell, but the wheels I might take you up on. I may need to find another NC30 fuel tank vent cap. projectss..

Your Sunday update. Fit up some new parts. Super blingy. And my first ever HRC part number object. Yay! Cleaned up the swing arm.. I can eat my tacos off of it now. Mother trucker did cut up the harness so I am ohm-ing out what is left. Off to the movies. I owe my wife some hangout time for sure. image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

Loving the rear sets and "Factory" res tube.

Don't think I've seen the sprocket studs that are the wired items before. By the time that "saves" anything there's gonna be a considerable amount of collateral damage already done. I would have drilled opposite corners of the nuts, or used safety wire locking tab washers since they already used washers and not flanged nuts.

But if you have assembled the bike properly and tech is ok with it, I've never had sprocket nuts come loose either.

    Enjoy your Sunday.

A word of caution, you are going to have to have a heat shield. The heat off those tubes are going to melt that hose almost immediately and you will have brake fluid everywhere and no rear brake. Thankfully, I learned this on the dyno. As far as the left Tyga rear set and the angle of the brake lever, you are quickly going to find out that you need a longer clevis to get any upward adjustment on it. My ankle doesn't pivot 180 degrees and I found the adjustment lacking.

I didn’t safety wire anything, that was previous owner. Have never had a sprocket come loose, so I don’t understand the need from tech on this one.
I was thinking the same thing NorCal. Heat shield will be needed. My jury is out on angle of take lever. This is also closer to stock than the previous I believe.
