Nice work! If you want to sell the rubber boot off your blown shock I would be interested. Mine is missing so I made one out of a rubber glove. Not ideal.

Sorry so slow. I've been off for a while. Back at it. That's the new glass installed in the photo I posted a while ago. Here it is again if it helps.

I was scoping that one. It looks like the SD life added some corrosion. It also sounds like a valve tick going on. With some love it could be pretty dang sweet. I am interested to what it goes for since originally I was going to sell mine. My wife says don't sell what you might regret. :)

The chin fairing has turned out to be pretty elusive. Never seems to want to stay installed.

So the front master on each the clutch and front brakes won't seem to pressure up as well as they should. Recommendations for rebuild kits.

Just can't get any pressure on the front brakes. Lever almost to the bar. I know the pads are old, but I would expect better pressure from a newer master. Maybe it is a combo of shite pads and poor master function?

Clutch is ok, but does not seem to want to pull the clutch pack apart all the way when lever is fully pulled. Makes getting in and out of gear a little difficult. I did pull the rod out of the case while cleaning, but then just placed it back in there. I didn't have any issue when I did that to my 750.

Thoughts are welcome, but it would seem a rebuild is in order on each to me. I have never done a master rebuild either.

the mc [brake or clutch] needs to be bled first and hold pressure before the system can be bled.

The front hoses are toast. And if you moved the pads around at all they need to find their new "home" and the feel will improve with some miles. Also the hoses are toast.

How does the brass bush in the clutch lever look?
