They are not available new, Honda has them on permanent back order.

babbetts can’t get them, nor can anyone else.

that’s why I’m looking for used ones.

Ebay usually has buckets of bolts and stuff for nearly any bike. Try that...and maybe get some other cheap spares while you can?
