Looking for a single carb boot. Does anyone have one laying around with the clamps on it? Thanks :)

I am!!! I decided I’d given up on my vfr after so many problems and I literally threw it out about 3 weeks ago, started to warm up and I can’t just give up on it so I was looking around for it and forgotten I tossed it :(

I have one. It is NOT FRESH, and quite stiff. But it could probably be coaxed back into service. I saved the best one to verify against the TourMax ones I ordered out of Germany. Forgot I had it until I got out my "3rd Gen box" for some hardware while working on my 92.

No clamps, but I'll check to see if VF750F clamps are workable if you want.

Yours for shipping. I'll post a pic when I get to work.

Gonna have to be heated / softened before installing... big time. Get everything absolutely ready to pop the carbs in and tighten the clamps. Install the hardest / worse boots on the front cylinders (depending on your technique). Grease the insulators up (preferably non-petroleum based) and get them very warm with a hair dryer or heat gun on LOW. Tighten the clamps while everything is still warm.

Post up in your thread when you are getting ready and let's go over everything before install.

I'll get back to you on the clamp situation.
