Selling my very nice G5 VFR. 33K miles. Well loved bike. Has full 4/1 Delkevic stainless exhaust. 8 spoke, 5.5" wide wheel from '93. Heli bars, K&N drop in filter. Race Tech springs for 190lb rider. Brand new Dunlop Q4+ tires. Very good chain & sprockets, brakes etc. Rick's R&R. Have extra set of nice rear foot peg mounts and the grab rails & stock handle bars. The bike does have a few small scuffs on the lower and upper fairings so it's not what I call mint. I don't have to tell anyone here what nice bikes these are with the gear driven cams and a nice exhaust. I can take pics of anything you want. Runs and rides perfectly. Asking $4000. No trades. I will likely regret selling it so please, no low ball offers. If it's not worth close to the asking price to you then keep looking.
I was asked by another member if the Race Tech springs made a difference. I can definitely say yes to that. I think they were .9KG. they're perfect on the street. Still too soft for the track (Mid Ohio) but that was a one time thing. I needed a bike for a track day and my SV650 (a MUCH better track bike) was down so I taped up the VFR and gave it a whirl.
