Did notice that the blue icon, high beams was kinda lighted up. Both bulbs were replaced not long ago. Then one day No Head Lights. Fuse is ok, what can it be ?

Check the ground spider taped into the harness by the regulator, and also the chassis ground on the right side of frame.

If the regulator element of your regulator/rectifier has failed the RR then with the engine running it could be sending 60+ volts into the loom which will be plenty enough to blow both of the nice new headlight bulbs you fitted. Simple test remove one bulb and see if the filament is fried or just feed 12v dc through it.

If both bulbs test out as good, then start looking at grounds, fuses and switchgear. If both bulbs are blown refer to "the Drill" linked above by Rllw Joe to check for faults in your charging system.
