    Looks like they styled the fairing and tank, then ran out of money, got bored, went to go watch NCAA basketball, went out for some beers, and got drunk and came back and said "effe it" and decided to be lazy and forget about finishing the bike.
    The front half doesn't flow with the back half....

    A CB400 SuperFour engine might make the difference, if you're gonna go for "MV Agusta" looks 2 cylinders aren't enough.
