Hey fellas, in my quest to restore my Kawasaki ZX7 I need to salvage its rear fender. like many 80's and 90's sports bikes its been hacked off really badly and they are now unobtanium.

Im confident I can graft on a new section to meet my needs for now, however I need a donor fender thats 9" wide at the part the sweeps down over the rear tire and holds the Lic plate.

    My ask is....does anyone :

    1) know of a old school Honda VF (or other) rear fender that is 9" wide ?
2)does anyone have such a fender that they are willing to donate to a Kawasaki restoration (Sacrilege here I know). by donate, I mean "Sell"

Otherwise If get the information on # 1) and I know which one is 9" wide I can troll Ebay for a Donor.

    Thanks !!!

I may have had a couple cocktails. ;-) I was assuming you need to replicate a stock fender for insurance / licensing reasons.

I do love Canada, but their Classic bike status requirements to be stock are lame.

My 1992 and 1995 VFR fenders are 9" across at the top. But they are part of the whole inner fender.

Not a requirement in Ontario, Im just trying to get the bike to look as close to stock as I can.

Let me poke around my junkyard. If they weren't so rare, a 900RR fender might be perfect.

    Maybe an older CB750/900F fender.

    THANKS GUYS !

I have a GSX Katana fender and a ZZR1100 fender coming off EBAY that are 9" and should fit the need.

Just got replies this morning from the EBAY vendors with measurements, so I grabbed them

    Thanks for the offers !!!
