6th gen pipe handlebar conversion plate. You just add bars and do some control cable/pipe relocating, which wasn't hard on this bike. There's a lot of electrical cable length left over on these bikes and the throttle cables are easy to relocate.
I bought this ABM brand pipe handlebar conversion plate before realizing I had another outfit at hand that I liked slightly better; this one sets the bar base in a tough spot for the Heli Multi Tour Sport handlebars I actually wound up using. Conventional bent pipe bars won't have that conflict.
In perfect working order, but featuring a few nicks from installation and my fuel tank tab hitting the ABM plate during lowering. I don't have an explanation for that.
This design mounts on top of the existing top triple plate and doesn't require taking your front end apart. Pretty easy in that regard.
