    that is.

I bought it on second hand market and there are a few things to fix/complete to make it be complete.

One of them is the clock under the rev. and speed meter. I´ll be very glad if any of u could please upload a picture of that part.

Thank u and V`ss for everybody

    Hi there.
I´m also from europe, so I know what you mean whit RC24II.
Moust on this forum seems to be from north america, and they didnt get the real RC24II, just the FII which is basically the regular -87 model in europe.
The 2 first year of the RC24 (and RC26 700cc version) didnt have the clock you have problem whit. Hope you get all sorted out. Your bike looks mint!

    up.

Nobody has a pic of that clock?
    I´m quite desperate.

Is the regular model 87, the RC24 (I)?

As far as i know, the diferences between RC24 I and RC24II are:
    (translated from a Spanish forum):
    PARTE CICLO

    DINAMIC BEHAVIOUR:
These are the most important modifications. The front fork is now 41mm sized, changes in the Pro-link function and the rear shock.
Wheel is now 17 inches (in the first version vas 16 inches in the front wheel, and 18 in the rear one) with wider tyres and new designed wheel rims (similar to CBR). No changes for main geometry and chasis. For optimize the braking, nex 296 mm brake front disk and 256mm for the rear one.

    CARENADO, ESTETICA Y MANDOS

Dimensional changes for the bodywork and hot air exits, trying to reduce one of the main fails in the first VFR, Excesive heating in pilot legs. The bodywork aerodinamic shape is now more accentuated, longer in the keel, and divided in more parts to make easy assambling-desassambling operations

Front turn signals, integrated now in the body, while rears are now smaller and nearer. Exhaust pipe is covered with stainless steel silencers, front dome IS REGULABLE IN TWO POSITIONS, electric controls in handlebar are thiner and more refinated, and clocks are quite diferent, with a fuel level indicator and a clock (THE ONE I WANT A PIC PLEASE!!!!)

Changes in the feet support for rear companion, now in aluminuim and much more beautiful. In conclussion, a more maniatic care for details in a bike almost perfect (the vfr24I). Appears for first time the red color, that with time will be an emblem for the VFR
