It's the Honda VFR motorcycle balance adapter from Harbor Freight. I bought it back around 2008 but never used it. It's intended for use with the Harbor Freight motorcycle wheel balancing stand #98488.

Material is machined aluminum; magnet does not stick. It's new in the box.

Weight is about 15 ounces.

I'm hoping someone can use this part as there isn't much information about it online.

Asking $20 (included in price is $8.75 shipping for Priority Mail padded envelope). Paypal is fine. For some board members I would allow payment after you receive it. I'm also porcupine73 on eBay.
