I did this a while ago and thought I'd share. The service manual has a neat cutaway illustration of the 5th gen engine. I scanned the page and then used Inkscape to run a conversion to generate a scalable vector file (the attached .zip). I've also uploaded two high resolution .PNG files if you just want to set a wallpaper or further colorize. At some point I'll have it silk-screened to a t-shirt, not for bulk sale mind you, just personal.

That's impressive. I love it. If you happened to do a T shirt run, i'd take one.

I should post these here as well, I colorized the camshaft gear drive. The images here aren't the full size ones, as the website has reduced them. See my next post for the higher resolution downloads. vfr - white -red.png vfr - black - red.png

The website seems to have cut down on the image sizes for the colorized versions I just posted, they're much bigger on my end. I've put them in .zip files here, hopefully this works...

If you a t shirt run, I would be interested in the white engine with the red gear cams, plus small verbiage below....
"No cam chain here!" ....on a black shirt...

Well, since the camshaft gear drive is so loud... my choice would be "Gear driven cams save lives"
