considering ordering these from here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/283802978010

this is a UK site and wondering if any forum has used them... also, they state this is the OEM kit, I'm assuming that includes the rubber bungs that are needed to mount them...

    Thanks.

I know HGB motorcycles very well - they are a Honda main dealership based in Ruislip Manor - North West London. https://www.hgbmotorcycles.co.uk/

I have been very satisfied by all the gear they have supplied to me over many years including tyres and helmets. I think their 17,000+ 100% positive feedback rating also demonstrates they can be relied on.

I do however suggest that you use the "contact the seller" option on eBay to send them an email to specifically check whether or not the panniers set will come with the necessary mountings to attach them to your 8th Gen, or whether there is any additional parts you will need to purchase - as a main dealer they should be able to confirm this.

Alternatively if you want to speak to them - the main shop number is +44 1895 676451 then choose the parts department.

Please note that as London and indeed England is in a lockdown due to that dratted virus until 2 December, it may delay their ability to ship the item.

    I hope that helps.

Thanks, that helps a lot... they aren't responding to eBay questions at this time (probably due to that drat virus you mentioned).. and the 12/2 lockdown explains why they might not arrive here until Jan if ordered. Appreciate the great info... thanks again.

The OEM luggage will mount directly on the bike without additional parts. You will need to buy the locksets so you can key the locks to your ignition key. If you wants the internal bags too, they'll be a separate purchase. I was looking for white OEM bags but they're not available in the USA, so I bought the red one's instead. :)

    Hi All,

I have managed to secure a pair of factory panniers, but need the little rubbers that they locate on on the lower mounts. Can anyone help with good pictures?
and dimentions of the rubbers... I might end up having to make some!
    Cheers

Hi Mick, I was missing mine when I purchased the panniers new ( about 3 or 4 years ago) I was able to order them from my local Honda dealer though. Not sure I have the part numbers still but if I find them I will let you know.
