Evening, I was giving my bike a clean at the weekend and saw the front brake line resting on the fork stanchion. I cannot work out where it is supposed to actual go! Can anybody help?? (Sorry for the photos but did my best.)

    Thank you. IMG_4675.JPG IMG_4676.JPG

    What year?

If that line goes to the secondary master cylinder, then it's like my '99. But mine doesn't rub the fork leg though. Maybe too short?

It's a '98 bike. I am thinking a tie-wrap might do the job...taking care to make sure the bars are free to move and it's anchored to something that doesn't move. The other leg has a little bracket hanger the brake line feeds through and I'm wondering if I'm missing a bracket??

From where does the line come, and to where does it go?

In that case, that's the way it will stay! There's a protective plastic coiled wrap around the brake line so it's not likely to wear through.
