drag race OPENCARBS

anybody drag raced vfr carb bikes or kit car without airbox open carbs doing project can vfr run flat sides or supercharger set up just will save me time experimenting . tried in mechanics forum just got belittled laughed at ? squirrel pie for tea''''''''''''''' get A gixxer and listen to MOGWAI

nobody , wow , a lot of sub 100 bhp vfrs out there then . ( i know rc30 110 ) ok im going to experiment back in the day we mucked about a lot to get good power gains .you need to junk the air box and fit bigger carbs fit k and ns ign addvancer . got 145 out my 7/11 standand was 119bhp back wheel ( 1100 k gixxer) my fh is may be 95ish dyna jet, fast flow filter, 4 into 1 so what we gonner do /////

 

anybody tried this hrc nc30 race set up no air box re jeted standaed cv carbs etc

 

I do like the sound from the carbs when the airbox is off (while I am doing maintenance) !

 

Do you use adequate ventilation when using lots of carb cleaner or other solvents?

 

The actual HRC setup utilized an airbox.
