Hey guys I just bought a 97 vfr 750 and I need a front wheel. The one that is on it seems to be just fine. The bead holds on the tire on it does not loose any air. I just would feel better with one that is not bent. Does anybody know where I can find one.

I have an F3 wheel and I've also got a 97 VFR. I can do some quick measuring to see if they're compatible. I'm not sure off the top of my head. If anyones else knows feel free to chime in. If it fits, you're welcome to it.

That would be great if it fit. I have had a couple of local people say they thought it was the same wheel. If we could find out that would be great. Thank you very much guys. I will try to get some pictures of the bike up later today. 18k miles on it and the wheel is the only problem I have seen. Got a great deal on it. I paid only 2k for it. I just put new Cont. Road Attacks on it last night.

I didn't get to it last night, but I won't forget. I'v been carting it around for quite a while. It's off a new (at the time) F3 that was scratched in the crate. Where are you located?

Cool. Hopefully I'll remember tonight. If you take care of shipping you can have it for that.

F3 rim bolts right on and uses same brake rotor bolt pattern so your VFR rotors will fit. Note: a stock F3 tire is a 120/60 instead of 120/70.

Dave at Fast Track in Mesa AZ can usually straighten them back up. Does all the work for our race community.

Check the buying and selling forum - I think there is a '94 front wheel freshly posted in there...

I have asked around, but didn't get a sure thing definite answer. I have a 4th gen wheel with axle, bearings, spacers, and rotors. Will this work on my 3rd gen without much fuss?
