all fuses and bulbs are okay and high beam lights do come on when i push flash-to-pass switch but high beam lights DO NOT come on when i activate the light switch on the left handset
When the light switch on high beam and i push flash to pass both high and low beam come on
What could be the issue ?
    Thank you in advance

check the starter switch push button. a switch for the headlights go through contacts in there, and dirty contacts or a weak return spring can foul up until it's all mishugina. you could try spritzing some contact cleaner in there.

Check the power coming out of the harness side of the fuse box.

Check the think blue/white wire coming from the right handle bar.

Down load wiring diagram to confirm colours.

If there is no power coming from the switch you will only get lights when the flash switch is pushed.
