I'm looking for advice on a replacement exhaust for my new 07 VFR800. I'm partial to Two Bros (on my last ride - 95 Ducati 900SS/SP). I liked the sound and quality. However, I would like to keep mods to a minimum. If I just get the slip-ons, are any other mods necessary? I want to hear that V4 sing a little louder, but I don't want anything too loud!

IMHO the nicest looking cans on a 6th generation are either Leo Vince or Remus. All else look too heavy in the back end (Laser) or the cans are too long (Staintune). Two Bros. are okay but one can is fake and why have that dead weight doing nothing?

Of course, looks are subjective. ;-)

I prefer the Leo Vince of them all as the up-pipe comes with a nice heat shield while the Remus retains the large - and unattractive - stock piece.

    Leo Vince exaust question

I looked up Leo Vince systems for my 2006 VFR800FI and they only showed slip-ons. So I am confused about the comment on the heat sheild on the up pipe.

    Par,

The reason you never received any quick posts to your month old question is it's a FAQ. Search this site or any VFR site and you'll find TONS of similar questions from new owners.

BTW, I vote Leo Vince but I'm bias as I have a set.
