I'm guessing there's video missing.... the part about the dolly jack under those rear tandem axles....

 

raYzerman is on the right track. You will notice that the man does not lift the truck, it moves sideways and then drops. The truck is jacked up with a jack set halfway on a shim so that it can be tipped over. The missing video is of the placing of the jack and lifting.

I use this method to shift large structures like houses on a regular basis.

 

I like the expression in that photo Fink! Like as if he is thinking Awwwwwwfuuuuuuck!
