if you have no issues why be angry. As far as MC culture and protocol check with the Dominant MC in your area. Why ride through a formation when you can go around or simple wait to exit?

    Your
I understand what you mean but riding through a group of riders riding in formation is disrespectful, dangerous and unecessary. If possible go around or just wait and exit. When I am with sportbike riders they consider it disrespectful and dangerous to try and ride through their formation.

I've never figured out why some people seem to feel the need to insult or denigrate other people who disagree
with them. I never said a bad word about you except to disagree, but you seem to feel the need to call me negative
and ignorant. Just because I disagree with your opinion.

"if you have no issues why be angry." Where do you get the idea I'm angry? Because I don't agree with you, and call
BS on your motorcyling posturing? Not angry, that's the way I feel about posing, and posturing. The only time I get
upset is when I see motorcyclists riding badly and endangering others. Whether that be acting squidish, or riding in
a parade so other people can't get around. If you don't like that, well that's life and I'll probably not lose much sleep
    over it.

Okay, I'm done with this nonsense.

Lol you sound like the pot calling the kettle black. You seem to be the angry one. I don't care if you agree or not. Your statements speak for themself. Please enjoy being done.

Is MC motorcycle club or culture? By the way that club was riding, I'd have no problem excluding them from what I think is proper motorcycle culture. They knew what they were doing and I knew what I was doing. If we are all in it together, why make it harder for the sake of it?

Btw, I gave a harley rider a lift to and back from the gas station to help fill up his gas. Have gotten off the motorcycle to redirect traffic to help protect a downed rider on the road. Those situations are numerous for me and I'm willing to bet for most of the people on this forum. Wagging a finger and a quick 'squid' jab is not called for.

Letting it go because I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt.

The holy HD authority speaks. I'll interrupt any ride formation that is in my way riding in a manner that impedes traffic flow unsafely. Take your perceived "do-gooder" mindset elsewhere. If you can't participate in the original spirit of this thread than take it elsewhere. If you can't have fun, don't show up. I hate Harley Davidsons. If you don't, then take it elsewhere.

Your own hate will consume you. If you have issues so be it. There is a higher power that will judge you not me.

You can go somewhere else also. If you are angry and have issues this is not where it will be solved.

I seriously doubt a HD post here meant for entertainment more than anything else will affect anything but authoritarians and bored people like yourself. Take a break. Repeat posting on this kind of thread indicates an issue on your part not mine. The topic of the thread has to do with negative feelings about Harley Davidsons. If you want to defend HD's go someplace else instead of being a troll here. We already have one that doesn't even own a VFR and don't need another one. What model year is yours? Ever post about it or the trips you've taken on it? Let's hear about it.

How much time have you spent on a VFR anyway?

Meanwhile, back to the original post if you can manage it. emon07.

He's not a troll, he is a relatively new Harley rider and has bought into the nonsense about Harley "lifestyle and
privilege" being a real thing, and not something espoused by the latest generation of Harley riders. My step-son
and his "M/C club" are big into this Harley protocol and "brotherhood" nonsense. I say if it makes them feel good
let them have at it, as long as they don't block roads as part of their perceived privilege.

And last time I looked there are no rules that anyone who posts here has to own a VFR. Pretty much a free board.
And he does have a couple of them.

Very wrong I have been riding since the the 70s and after returning from Vietnam I owned an AMF Harley which made me a Harley basher for years. I have owned Triumph and a variety of Metric bikes (cruisers & sportbikes). You may or may not know what some people say when you assume something and are totally wrong. I do currently own a Harley and also have a 2k VFR and 05 VTEC VFR. I had an 83 Goldwing Aspencade I sold when I got my current Harley. I sold my old Aspencade when I got the Harley and have regretted that. Actually my favorite bike is the Goldwing and Valkyrie (I also loved the R1s - an 03 and 05 I previously owned). Your assumptions sound like you are a neophyte wannabe biker. Sad really sad IMHO.

Sorry man, but you said you bought your Harley in 2016, and I was guilty of assuming that it was your
    first one.

And please no BS about "neophyte wannabe", my number of years riding make you look like
newbie. I started at least a decade before you did, and have never had the desire to own a Harley.
You see, I have nothing to prove to anyone, so no need to be a poseur. So try to be a little less of a douche,
and realize that your opinion "Ain't Necessarily So".

You are a gentleman and have my respect. I also have nothing to prove. "Opinions are like an anus - most people have one".
