    Hi,
I still love the VFR but I have been doing some track days and have decided that, if I am going to make improvements, I need to move to a small displacement track bike. I've looked at everything, and I've narrowed it down to a 2019 Yamaha R3, with the new inverted fork design, or else a 2018 Honda CBR300R. Unfortunately, I gave up an opportunity to ride an older R3. I'm hearing that the CBR is well-balanced with good brakes and suspension. It's supposed to be extremely agile, and perhaps the best handler in the 300 category. Horsepower isn't something I care about for this bike
On the other hand, the R3 has a new inverted fork, and both the front fork and the rear shock have added significant damping, and the reviews are saying that the handling has improved.
    I would appreciate any comments.
    Thanks,
    J

And there are significant discounts on the Honda right now, to the tune of $1400.
