    Help!

Can someone please let me know if the body work on the VF400 and VF500 is the same?

If so - I have hit the mother load for genuine lockable rear seat cowls.

Yes, the rear bodywork is compatible.

You must have the lower 84/85 VF500 handle with the threaded hole to use the seat cowl.

Thanks Captain, I have purchased a VF400F grab bar for $10 from the same website.

If you go to www.jauce.com and search "VF400 cowl" there are currently three for sale.

Prices vary from 11,000 yen to 25,800 yen ($100USD to $258USD).

There are also several rear grab rails on the site as well.

I have an aftermarket solo seat cover for my VF500 so I just grabbed a grab rail for later use if I do decide to jump back on Jauce and track down a Honda rear cowl.

    Happy hunting!
