    Hello,
I am from the UK and have owned my 1996 VFR750 for 19 years.
Its been reliable except for the regulator.

Hi and welcome to the MadHouse:Welcome:

Great to hear a 750 still going strong - and yes you are not alone with regulator issues.

The folks on here like photos - so when you get a chance please post up a photo or two of your ride - its easy click the "upload a File" link and follow the prompts to select and upload a photo.

You may also want to update your forum profile to include an approximate location as there are now quite a few forum members around the UK and you might find other VFR owners in your neck of the woods able to offer advice if you run into problems or perhaps meet up for a ride now that decent weather has arrived.

Welcome to The World Humbucker! Yes indeed, the dreaded RR is one item that seems to plague the VFR and from what I hear, Honda is not alone but on these pages we get read about it all the time happening to our bikes. Both my 5 and 6 Gen had the issue but thanks to the many threads about how to fix the issue, both bikes are now back up and running smooth.

Welcome indeed. Pix indeed. 19 years is a long time to own a bike. I can imagine it is in fine shape having been owned by one person for that long.
