White headlights that pulse?

Time update look of my 97 with bling of white headlights. What's the h4 bulbs or h4 LED's to get for white an can pulse. All ready have it set to pulse them. Wanna match them to my mirror white led lights as this kinda shows if headlights I have weren't so bright.

I don't ride at night any more so headlight bulbs that perform well for such are not needed. Looking for white,bright an can pulse

 

I'm looking for what others have found works good. Not looking to try. An possibly find bulbs or LED's that works good

 

I thought that you needed headlights specifically designed to use LED's otherwise they just dazzle if used in a normal type headlight

 

I herd the same that need a gadget to allow them to pulse.
