mirrors 1998 VFR

    Will any 5th generation mirrors work? I want to install new mirrors, don't like the 98 mirrors, want to put 2000-2001 mirrors on the bike. Or even newer... Will bolt straight on?

    2000-2001 will bolt right up.

    I bought Enco mirrors. Only problem was the hardware (bolts, washers, etc) started rusting the first time I got caught out in the rain. I purchased Honda hardware and all is well. Depending on your budget it would probably be better to just get the Honda mirrors. Looks like they are still available, but pricey.
