Hi hi anader question, need to change me front fork seal as one is leaking and was thinking of changing a fork oil as well. Can you guys recommend what best oil and capacity to use on me vfr 800 vteck 2002? Thanks a loot for all the help Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
According to my Haynes VFR800 VTEC 2002-2005 manual: Air gap: 100mm 544cc of fluid (use air gap instead) Honda SS-8 oil which is 10W. You'll might need to buy more than 1L depending on how thorough you are about getting the old stuff out of there.
