Did someone say single sided? This is one of the community rental bike brand/models here in China - saw them in Beijing and in XiAn so far...









One more, this one looks newer and has a rear disk brake:

 

Interesting design. I thought at first the thing by the rear wheel was a brake, I see it is a lock.
There are community rental bikes here, but more conventional looks.

 

Affirm, from what it looks like, all the community rental bikes have the same kind of lock. Supposedly, each lock has a QR code/sticker and you scan it with your phone, pay somehow, and then ride off. Dunno exactly how it works (e.g. how much $, is it per time or distance, etc) but apparently, you just park it wherever when you get where you're going. Tour guide said that rival rental bike companies have been known to resort to sabotage and/or making it difficult to access/find other companies' bikes (like throwing them high up into bushes and stuff)… lol

 

DP Review has a full test report on the tiny new Sony. I really like that it has a pop up view finder, flash, fast lens with wide focal length, raw files and 4k video. Its not as long as an I phone 8 and just a little thicker. Perfect travel camera. Just expensive.

I'm not a cider guy, but I got this along with a large assortment of booze for Christmas. My co-workers either think I'm a boozer (I'm not) or that I like to take pictures of unique beer and whiskey bottles (I do.) More to come.
