That article doesn't mention the "futuristic sound" that the bike is supposed to deliver. And IMO it bears little, to no, similarity to any H-D made. So I don't see where they get off saying you get "iconic look you expect from a Harley‑Davidson® motorcycle.".
H-D is dead. The funeral and burial just hasn't taken place yet. Parts sales should be good for a few more years....
Electric bikes are the future. Just not one I'm likely to be part of... Hopefully, with some serious refurb work (and perhaps a few "strategically bought" spares), I'll continue to ride my VFR until I don't ride anymore...
Just my opinion but electric vehicles have limitations not yet recognized or admitted to. Some people like to worship Tesla but there have been serious problems with everything about them but the electric motor. Building a car body with quality is not Elon's attribute. Look it up. Their body work is pitiful. I don't think AI is what it's made out to be either. Just wait until the lawsuits start flying. It's already happening. A "driverless" car has already killed at least one person and there will be more. BTW, driverless cars are not driverless.
