That's fairly easy to answer - sorry if it feels we had to drag it out - lol

    RIDE recommended for 2019 are:

Phillips extreme vision +130 - cheapest
    Osram xracer
    Osram nightracer 110

You may also want to check out post 11 as I get the feeling that the US doesnt allow all the lights to work... & in conjunction with a bulb upgrade this may perform miracles..

I find the LED motorcycle headlights lacking. I have a Ninja 400 ABS and also tried the Honda CBR 500R and .. not good.

I recommend changing the bulbs with PIAA Hyper Whites. I'm having it done to mine before pickup. I've also done that with my old Superhawk. Really helps. That and.. of course.. check the darn alignment! The Superhawk has two gold cogs that you can raise for up/down action inside the dash-area behind the bulbs. Not sure if the Interceptor is the same (I don't even have my first one yet!) Expecting.. pregnant..... with anticipation!

Leds are not lacking on old bikes if done properly. As has been mentioned, the relector has a lot to do with it. I have Trucklite brand sealed unites on two nortons and they are fantastic. A friend is running a led bulb in an oem brit relectpr with good result. But i have tried the same bulb in different reflector with poor results.

My bike is going up on the table tomorrow for a long list of work including horns that can be heard and denali leds. And possibly piaa bulbs.

Not all mc headlites are lacking, my vstrom is better than many cars.

Try higher spec H7 but not higher wattage. Philips or OSRAM made for motorcycles are a good bet.

Proper adjustment is a must, and most states have clear standards.
