    Hi guys!

    I'm looking for a part number/name for my '86 750.

You know, this spacing aluminium rod that connects the side fairing to the body?

Mine are discolored and one is bent a little so I'd like to at least replace the bent one with a straight used or both with a pair of new if I can find such a thing (unlikely but who knows?)

I don't know how to call it so it's hard to search for.

Any help would be appreciated but a part # would be awesome! ;)

    Thanks!

That can be a hard to find part because they break easily when tipped over or crashed. There was a updated part in some markets.
#23 can be easier to find.

Any idea what the name/part # would be?

    Thanks!

    Edit: Found the #! It's 64515-ML7-000

I'll look with a machine shop before paying this price.

I think that I'll ask them to make few pairs and sell them to recoup the initial cost.

    We'll see.

there are 2 alternative styles of those support rods. one is a hollow steel rod with bent ends, and the other is a solid aluminum rod with screw threads cut into one end and a threaded hole in the other.

Those are slightly more likely to crack the fairing, i believe, if the bike goes horizontal while steel rods will bend and minimize damage sometimes.
