Is this a Stock Decal Kit on this possible purchase?

Hey guys, I'm probably buying this bike either today or tomorrow. My question is does anyone know if the decals on it are stock or OEM. Aftermarket. I've never seen any VFR with that as OEM.

 

My 2003 with stock graphics, maybe some one has a pic of a 2005.

 

I've seen a pic of a guy's bike that he put the Honda wing graphics like that one, I didn't particularly
care for it, but to each his own. Of course this is the issue with other than OEM color/graphic schemes:
a person has to wonder if there was damage to cover up.
