I’m the new old guy. In Spokane looking for an Interceptor under $3k seen any around? Hardly any VFRs in Spokane that I’ve seen. I’d really like to buy another 86’ VFR750f RWB with 21k miles and yoshi exhaust. Regretted selling it since the day it drove off. I owned an 1984 VF500 as my first bike, man that thing was heavy. I sold my 04’ CBR600rr last summer after owning for 1 season. It was uncomfortable as Heck! My low back hurt, arms would go numb and wrists hurt after 30 minutes. Beautiful bike it just was not pleasant to ride. If you guys see any VFRs around for about 3k or under I’d sure appreciate the heads up! Nice to see guys who appreciate the Interceptor as much as myself.

    $500 bike in Classifieds.

Maybe a bit far but price seems right.

I lived in Spokanistan for 20 years (moved to Denver 2 years ago).

My used-motorcycle buying experience there (in Spokanada) was that when I wanted to buy a particular bike I always ended up having to find it on Craigslist in Portland or Seattle and bring it back to Spoklahoma from there.

And price reduced once from 1700.

My buddy messaged him and apparently the tank has been "lined". I have a near perfect blue 87 VFR tank sitting in my office right now. Dammit. If I came home with another VFR I would be toast. I'm sure it's the crossover fuel tubes and/or the float bowl o-rings that are leaking, not the "intake boots". All of the 86-87 VFRs are due to have their carb o-rings replaced.

I think somebody could swoop in with an offer and end up doing just fine.

My last bike I bought in Walla Walla in January so yeah snow. Rented a uhaul and trucked it to Spokane. All the bikes here are WAY over priced and tore up. Seattle has some really nice VFRs but it’s a 5 hour drive 1 way over a pass and I’m 45 with a so so back. It’s just too far. The 87’ looks like it has gremlins and I can fix most things but leaking gas isn’t something I want to get into. I’d rather spend a bit more and get a taken care of/loved Interceptor. Not to be too picky.
