yeah i am just breaking mines down. i took a spill on it a few years back and have not touched it for about 4 years, so i am having the hardest time getting bolts off..thank goodness for wd40. but i plan to convert my front and rear ends to 94 cbr600F2 front and rear ends and a host of other upgrades. can you suggest a possible engine upgrade or am i stuck with my current engine which i plan to get rebuilt.

Nice bike. I think you are worthy of praise for the care that you are giving it.

Keep it nice and it will be nice to you.

Hey Keny! Shucks man, I wish I've had the time or money (mostly money) to do some more work to the VFR. She runs GREAT though! I did upgrade to a K&N filter, new battery, and sintered rear brake pads. I ride her almost everyday and have put on about 5k miles. Someday I will get other projects out of the way and put some more work into the VFR. I need to spend about $300 - $400 to get my Z1 back on the road first.
